Where is everyone?
We’re lacking the changemakers we need to cross over the polycrisis safely. Where is everyone? The ones who asked why instead of how. Who wrote in pen, although they were told to use a pencil. We’ve built systems that measure compliance and replication while rewarding logical reasoning and mastery. AI can already do all this better. And we haven’t nourished these skills for decades. Those holding them are quietly sitting amongst us asking: what if? We’ve labeled them the problem.

Story Leadership
Every changemaker I’ve studied had the same starting point: themselves. They stopped asking for permission to follow what felt right. This is generally frowned upon. Hope is labeled naive. Ambition without a business plan is labeled reckless. But if the story you’re standing in feels off, it probably is.

Feel alone in caring? 69% of us want real change. We are in the majority that has not found each other yet. The isolation we feel is manufactured and exists to isolate us on purpose. Together we want to close the gap between what we want + what we are doing.
